Room rates for double/twin rooms are based on two people sharing.

Child under 3 sleeping in a cot: free of charge.

Child under 16 sharing a room with 2 adults: £15 per night bed and breakfast.

Extra bed in room for an older child or adult: £25 per night bed and breakfast.

Cancellation policy:

For bookings of up to six days, cancellations will be accepted without cost up to 6pm 2 clear days prior to the date of arrival; one night’s bed and breakfast accommodation will be payable for cancellations later than this. 

For bookings of seven days or more, a minimum of one weeks’ notice of cancellation is required, after which a sum equivalent to two nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation is payable.

The cancellation policy in respect of group bookings (i.e. bookings of three or more rooms) will be notified individually.

Single Occupancy of a twin/double room:

Supplement for single occupancy of a twin or double room: single rate + £20 per night (1st May to 13th September 2008) or single rate + £15 at other times.

Dogs: Quiet dogs at management’s discretion: £5 supplement per dog per night. Please note that dogs must not be left unattended in rooms whilst the owners are away from the premises.  We reserve the right to charge extra if excessive cleaning is required.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
